Pflaume (Prunus) ´Ontariopflaume´, Syn. ´Ontario´

1874 aus den USA in den Handel gebracht und weit verbreitet und sehr beliebt. Große, ovale und gleichmäßig gebaute Frucht. Die Schalenfarbe ist grünlich-gelb, z.T. leicht grünlich gestreift. Gelbes und mittelfestes Fruchtfleisch, wohlschmeckend und saftig, mit einem ansprechendem Fruchtaroma. Robuste Liebhabersorte mit dankbarem Ertrag und hohen Sortenwerten. Reifezeit: August.
